WEEK 2: FYP 1 Project Tittle

This week Dr. Zul ask to meet at his office because he rejects the project tittle I chose from the list he gave last week. He said that the tittle I chose is not suitable and many people have done similar project. So, he give me a new project that is "IoT Application: Fish Farm Monitoring by Controlling Water Quality in Ponds and Tanks."

Well based on the tittle itself, I can tell that this project involves the aquaculture industry in Malaysia which is focuses on the fish farm that is cultured in ponds and tanks. So, to understand more about this project, i need to do a research on it especially on the parameters of the water quality involved in this project.

WEEK 1: Introduction

First and foremost, I'd like to thank Dr. Zulkhairi Bin Mohd Yusof for accepting me as a student under his supervision for FYP 1 subject. During the first meeting, we had an ice-breaking session like introducing ourselves to each other where there are some other students under his supervision for FYP 1 and FYP 2 subject. After that, Dr. explains the Internet of Things (IoT) application and how it works which is the main element for the FYP project.

He also gave me a list of projects which I need to choose one of them as my FYP project and write an abstract based on the chosen project. The abstract needs to be submit by the end of the week by email to him.
